Who we are

An importer, not a middleman.

Textielimporteur.nl has been going for 45+ years and has been closely tied to the Pakistani textile market throughout. What began with bed textiles has grown into a company that imports clothing and home textiles for European business customers, using the same direct approach the company has relied on for decades.

We are not a broker who refers you to a factory. We buy directly, our people oversee production on site, and we deliver ourselves, right to your door.

Mission

We make it simple and risk-free for European companies to have textiles produced in Pakistan, by buying, controlling and delivering it ourselves. That way our customers never have to get familiar with an unfamiliar factory on the other side of the world.

Vision

We want to be the trusted link between European buyers and the Pakistani textile industry, where responsible production, transparent processes and personal contact are the standard rather than the exception.

Transparency

Every price is fully specified, every step of the process is visible.

Accountability

We carry the risk from factory to delivery, not the customer.

Craftsmanship

45+ years of knowledge of fabric, production and the Pakistani market.

Reliability

What we promise is what gets delivered.

Amir, Director, Textielimporteur.nl
“We take everything off our customers' hands: choosing the factory, samples, quality control, shipping and customs clearance. All they have to do is tell us what they need.”

03

We report delays before you have to ask

If the production schedule shifts, you hear about it in time, with a revised delivery schedule.

04

Certificates are transparent

Certificates and audit reports from the factory involved are available on request with every quote.

Frequently asked questions

What buyers usually want to know first.

That varies by article, fabric and colour-size split, which is why we don't quote a fixed number. We prefer to discuss it in person: one conversation makes clear what is possible for your product and what it means for the price per piece.

Expect six to ten weeks from sample approval. Sampling itself typically takes two to three weeks. For large or combined orders, we agree on a delivery schedule up front that we commit to.

Yes, and with us it's mandatory. We do not start production without your written approval of a physical sample. Sample costs are settled when the order is placed.

Our partner factories are among others GOTS- and Fairtrade-certified, work to the Better Cotton Initiative and the amfori BSCI code of conduct, and our preferred supplier holds the Nordic Swan Ecolabel. Certificates and audit reports are available on request with the quote.

Absolutely. Our office with showroom is in Veenendaal. Make an appointment via the contact form or by phone, and we'll look at fabrics and samples together.

Yes. We handle shipping, customs clearance and transport all the way to your distribution centre in the Netherlands or elsewhere.
